Your practice: applications and the weekly report
Settings, Enquiries and applications. A practitioner sees their own practice there.
For practitioners with active practising privileges at the organisation. It is where you switch on your own application form and weekly report; nobody else's settings change yours, and yours change nobody else's.
Your form: the switch, the last part of the form's address, the name the emails come from, where replies go, and which procedures your form offers. By default that is the organisation's own list, in alphabetical order. Choose the names and the order, under Procedures on your form, makes a list of your own: the card Your procedures then shows each procedure with a box for the words a patient reads (leave it empty to use the organisation's own name for it), a Guide price for your practice (From or Range, and the figure or figures, saved as you type, and left empty to use the organisation's, which shows behind the empty boxes with a line saying what applies now), Up and Down to set the order, Remove, and an Add box that searches every procedure in Fedelsoft by name or procedure code, priced or not, so you can add any of them yourself. Your list is yours alone: it changes nobody else's form, nor the organisation's own. Use the organisation's list instead takes it away. Offer Something else, under Procedures on your form or on your own list, adds that as the last choice for somebody whose procedure is not listed. A guide price is only the sentence in the reply and the figure an applicant's budget is compared with; it changes no price list and nothing anybody is charged. Something else has no guide price, so the reply quotes no figure, and their budget is neither held for nor against them: they are graded on the timeframe, BMI and smoking alone. Replies go to is one email address, yours alone: when it is filled, it is the Reply-To on every email an applicant receives from your practice, so their reply comes to you; the email still comes from the organisation's own address, and with the box empty a reply goes to that address. The switch stays off until you have an address, a guide of your own (a title and either a PDF you upload or words to make one from) and at least one coordinator, and says which is missing.
Coordinators: find people who work here by name and Add them; Remove takes them off. Each green or amber application becomes one task shared between all of them, on each of their lists; whoever ticks it finishes it for all. They can open your leads.
Grading: the budget bands (rewording a band changes only the words a patient reads, never the band itself or what earlier applicants answered; changing the amount a band reaches makes it a new band), the BMI range, the youngest age, which answers to the nicotine question count as in line (Yes, other nicotine products counts as you count vaping until you tick or untick it yourself), how many rules may be out before red, and words that keep a procedure off your form. Anything you leave as it is follows the organisation's own rules. Flagged for you, under Grading, is your own BMI target, BMI floor and minimum budget for flagging a borderline application to you; leave a box empty and it is not judged.
The guide and the replies: your own PDF, the guide's title, byline and words, the welcome video, how many hours a coordinator's task is due in, and how many months before a red lead is looked at again. Upload a PDF puts a finished guide on the card, showing its name, size and the day it was uploaded; Open shows it in the browser, Replace puts another in its place and Remove takes it away. While you have a PDF uploaded, that exact file is sent at step one and again with the reply; with none, a PDF is made from your title, byline and words instead. A new practice starts with no guide and no PDF, and your guide is never sent to anybody who applied through another practitioner's form.
Weekly report: who receives the Monday email, the day and time it goes, and a weekly target for each of its six figures. Preview shows exactly what the email would say, and Send now sends it. Each card is a fold: press its name to open it. A Director or IT Support holder may open any practitioner's from Each practitioner's practice on the same page, and from that practitioner's contact card.
