Settings

Settings, in the menu under your initials at the top right of every page.

Settings opens on a list. Under the page's name is the organisation it is for, then the Organisation box, where you can choose another, with Search settings beside it: type part of the name of anything you want to change, such as Pay by Bank, holidays or guide prices, and the matches appear beneath, each with the page it is on; press one, or Enter for the first, and that page opens at it.

Below that are two groups. Just me is yours alone and is there for everyone: Sign-in, for signing in with a face or a fingerprint; Tablet, for pairing your reMarkable, emailing to your device and your own templates; Calendar, for your Google Calendar; and Spoken brief, for hearing your day's list. Practice is the organisation's, for a Director or IT Support: Practice, Fees and quotes, Enquiries and applications, Patient messages, Bookings and theatre, Portal and payments, Files, Connections, AI and Lists. Each row says in one line what is inside it.

Each page says at the top whether it is Just me or This organisation, and holds its settings as folds, closed when you arrive unless the page has only one: press a name to open it. Everything saves itself when you leave the box, as it always has, and a link that named a card on the old single page still lands on that card, on the page it is on now. All settings, at the top of every page, brings you back to the list.

A practitioner sees Enquiries and applications too, and it opens on their own practice: their form, procedures, coordinators, grading, guide and replies, how their pages look, override codes and weekly report. A Director or IT Support holder sees the organisation's enquiry settings there, with Each practitioner's practice beneath them to set one up on somebody's behalf. Lists is Reference data, for whoever holds it.

Where you have access at more than one organisation, Organisation at the top of the list and of each Practice page chooses which organisation's settings you are changing, without signing in to it. It lists only the organisations where you have access in Fedelsoft.
