Who recommended what was sold
Recommended by, on an invoice; Sales to credit, under the list on Invoices.
Every product or treatment on an invoice carries the practitioner who recommended it. An invoice linked to an appointment is filled in with that appointment's practitioner. One that is not linked is filled in with the practitioner the patient saw that same day, where they saw only one, if the organisation has that switched on under Settings, Patients, Who recommended a sale. The Recommended by card on the invoice says where each name came from. Choose somebody else there if the recommendation was theirs, or No one recommended it if nobody's was; the change saves as you make it and does not alter the bill, so it can be made on an invoice that is paid.
A purchase through the app with no appointment behind it is credited to whoever wrote the patient's most recent prescription. Where there is no prescription either, or the sale was made at the desk with no appointment that day, or the patient saw two practitioners that day, nobody is credited, and the sale is listed under Sales to credit for a manager to fill in.
Sales to credit is for a Director, or for anybody whose role at the organisation is a management one, such as an Assistant Manager. It shows what was sold and when, marks a purchase made through the app, and never shows who bought it. The invoice's number opens the invoice, where the usual rules about who may see a patient's money apply. The box beside each sale chooses who recommended it, or No one recommended it where nobody did, and either takes the sale off the list the next time the page opens. The page holds the sales of every organisation you sign in at where you may credit them, each marked with its organisation's label where there is more than one, with a tick for each organisation to hide or show its sales. Each sale offers the practitioners of its own organisation, and is credited there; an organisation whose sales could not be read is named at the top.
Recently credited, underneath, holds what has been decided lately, each with who decided it and when. The same box is there, so a sale can be put right without finding its invoice: choose another name, choose No one recommended it, or choose Back on the list to return it to Nobody credited.
Lines for surgery and for services are not credited to anybody and do not appear.
Membership sales are on the same list. Joining a membership or paying for a custom plan, where nobody is recorded as having sold it, appears marked Membership where an invoice number would be, and has no invoice to open. Choosing a name records who sold it. A membership somebody added in Fedelsoft, or a custom plan they offered, is credited to that person by itself and never appears. A member's monthly payments after the first are not sales and are never listed: they count to whoever sold the membership.
