The weekly report
An email early each Monday; Weekly report under Your practice sets it. Every figure in the email opens its list.
Nothing is typed. Early each Monday the practitioner's chosen recipient is emailed one table: applications received, graded green or amber and first consultations booked, then first consultations held, quoted the same day and deposits taken. Each has this week, its target and last week, and every figure is counted from the records.
Each figure in the email is a link. It opens the list of records behind that number for that week, with each name a link to the record itself, so a wrong number is put right where it is kept. The week at the top moves back a week at a time. The page is for the practitioner whose practice it is and for Directors.
Under the table are only the people who need chasing: green or amber applicants with no call recorded a working day after they applied, and leads still waiting, or answered late, after their two-hour answer clock. A heading appears only when there is somebody under it.
A first consultation is a patient's first appointment with the practitioner that was not a no-show or a cancellation. It counts as held when the appointment is marked Arrived, Consulting or Departed, or when an entry, letter, attachment or treatment is filed against it. A figure that cannot be read is shown as a dash and never as nought. A deposit counts once a payment has been received against an invoice a deposit was asked for through Fedelsoft.
Targets, the recipient and the day and time are set under Your practice, in Weekly report. On a review day set up for the practice, that Monday's email shows several weeks side by side instead of this week and last.
