Your Google calendar
Settings, Calendar.
Press Connect Google Calendar, choose your Google account and allow Fedelsoft to manage events. From then on your operating lists, clinics and meetings for the coming months sit on that calendar, each with where it is and how many cases or appointments are booked, and inside each clinic and list sit its appointments and cases, shown by the patient's initials and record number only. Everything is kept right every ten minutes: a list that moves, moves; a cancelled list or appointment disappears. Fedelsoft only adds, changes and removes the entries it made and never reads the rest of your calendar.
Moving an appointment on your Google calendar moves it in Fedelsoft, provided it stays on the same clinic and lands on one of that clinic's free times. Anything else, another day, a time the clinic does not have, a time somebody else holds, or a case on an operating list, is put back where Fedelsoft has it, and a task on your list says what was refused and why. Deleting an entry cancels nothing: the appointment stays, a task asks whether to cancel it in Fedelsoft, and the entry comes back within ten minutes unless it has been cancelled here by then.
Three ticks on the card choose which of the three go; appointments follow the clinics tick and cases the operating lists tick. Update now brings the calendar up to date at once rather than waiting. Disconnect stops the updates and leaves what is already on the calendar where it is; the button asks twice. Connect again later, on either copy of Fedelsoft, and the entries still on the calendar are taken over rather than written a second time.
