Times kept for one treatment
Settings, Bookings and theatre, Times kept for a treatment; and the schedule on Start.
A practitioner can have weekly times that are kept for one treatment. Each is a practitioner, a day of the week, the time it starts and the treatment's name, added under Settings. It covers every clinic of theirs on that day with a time starting then, including clinics built afterwards.
On the schedule on Start an empty kept time is marked Kept for and the treatment. Book a patient fills the treatment in as the purpose; you can add to it. Booking it as anything else is refused, and so is moving a patient into it whose appointment is for something else.
The practitioner whose time it is can Release it from the time's own tools, and it is then marked Released and can be booked for anything. Keep puts it back while it is still empty. Nobody else can release it.
