Inviting people to a meeting

A meeting's own page, under Who.

Under Details, choose the Format first. A remote meeting offers its meeting link; a physical one offers where it is, in person; the box that does not apply is not shown. A meeting with no format chosen yet offers both.

Type a name in Add someone to put a person on the meeting. The people with a role at the meeting's organisation come first, then anybody else in Fedelsoft by that name whom you can see, marked no role at this organisation. When the person is not there at all, a holder of the Reference Data privilege can press New contact, check the first name and surname, and press Create and add: that makes the contact and puts them on the meeting in one go, and they can then be invited like anybody else.

Invite everybody sends one email to every person on the meeting who has an email address in Fedelsoft, carrying a calendar invitation they can accept or decline in their own calendar, whatever it is. Press it once to see who it will go to and who has no address; press Send the invitations to send. Replies go to you. The meeting's log records each sending, and sending again after a change updates the entry in their calendars rather than adding a second one.
