Partner organisations
A partner organisation's staff sign in to Fedelsoft as usual and land on their own Patients page; a Director sets the partner up.
A PARTNER ORGANISATION is an outside clinic whose staff need to follow the patients of the sessions you hold there. Its staff sign in like anybody and see one page, Patients, and nothing else in Fedelsoft: no other patient, clinic, theatre list, task, message, report, setting or notice. A patient is theirs when they have an appointment in one of your clinics at the partner, or when their referrer names the partner, or when the partner added them.
WHAT THEY SEE for their patients, wherever the patient was treated and including an admission at another hospital of yours: details, clinical notes and letters that have been approved or sent, surgery bookings with the requirements for them, invoices and payments, admissions, appointments and filed documents. Clinical photographs and videos are never shown to them.
WHAT THEY CAN CHANGE: add a new patient, book a patient into the partner's clinics only, correct a patient's name, date of birth, sex and contact details, add a note and add a document. They cannot book into any other clinic or list.
UPDATES. When a letter or note, an appointment, surgery, an admission or discharge, an invoice or a payment changes for one of their patients, an update appears on their Patients page and each of them is emailed. The email says only that there is an update and where to log in; it names no patient and no kind of change. Every view and every change a partner user makes is recorded against the patient's record.
