Hearing your day's list

Settings, Spoken brief. It comes with Ask, for anybody who operates.

On your iPhone, open Settings in Fedelsoft and press Create on the Spoken brief card. Your key appears once. Press Install: the key is copied and the Fedelsoft brief shortcut is downloaded. Open it and add it to Shortcuts. Then open the shortcut in the Shortcuts app, tap the words Paste your Fedelsoft key here, and paste the key over them. From then on, say "Hey Siri, Fedelsoft brief" and the phone reads out your cases for the day in its own voice.

It says how many cases you have and when the first admission is, then for each patient, in list order: their place on the list, name, age, admission time and procedures, then the operative plan. Cases at every organisation you operate at are included. A cancelled case or list is left out.

The plan is drawn by AI from the patient's record: clinic letters, consultation notes, quotes with the accepted one first, invoices, the booking form, implants ordered and the equipment list. It says only what those state, names the source it leans on and its date, says so where sources disagree, and says side not recorded where a breast, eyelid, limb or other paired part is operated on and no source says which. A plan that cannot be matched back to the record is not read. Plans are prepared from early morning and again when a case's record changes, so Siri never waits; the brief says when a plan was prepared if it was not today. The plan is not filed in the patient's notes. The brief is part of Ask: a case is read only where Ask is on for you at the organisation it is at, and the brief says when one is left out for that reason. Preparing plans counts against your Ask allowance like a question does.

The key opens nothing but your own brief. Revoke ends it at once; Create makes a new one and ends the old.
