Safeguarding referrals
Safeguarding, under Patients in the menu on Start, for those who have it there.
Every safeguarding referral recorded, newest first, each with its date, who recorded it, the patient and the history. New referral starts one dated today with you as its author, and the date, the patient and the history are written as you type: Saving, then Saved, beside the card.
Choose the patient by typing three letters of their name in Find a patient and pressing the right one; their name then opens their record. The history can be written once the patient is chosen, and not before.
Under a referral, Events and actions lists what has been noted on the patient's log about it, with the date and who wrote each line.
