A patient's application

The Applications tile on the patient record, in the Records band. Shown to people who answer enquiries, where the organisation has enquiry pages.

When somebody says they have sent an application, open their record and look at Applications. It lists every enquiry that names this patient, newest first, with what they put on the form, the grade and why, and Open enquiry takes you to the enquiry itself, where the coordinator's work is done.

A person's application is not joined to their record until somebody presses Book, records the consultation as booked, or the record is found for them, so the tile also lists enquiries that share this patient's email address or mobile number and have not been joined. Each one is marked Check it is them and shows the name and date of birth on the enquiry beside the name and date of birth on this record. If it is them, press This is them: the enquiry is joined to the record and the tile then shows it as joined. Joining does not book anything and changes nothing else on the enquiry, which stays open, quiet or closed as it was; Book on the enquiry goes on from there. If it is not them, leave it.

You see only the enquiries you would see on Leads: your own practice's, the practices you coordinate for, or all of them as a Director or IT Support holder. It looks at the organisation you are signed in at and at the organisation the patient belongs to, so an application made to the patient's own organisation shows whichever you are signed in at. For anyone else the tile is not there, and where nothing names this patient it is not there either.
