Emails waiting to be placed
The Emails line on Start, when something is waiting.
A message blind copied to the filing address goes straight onto a patient's record when the subject carries their code, or when the address it was also sent to belongs to exactly one patient. Anything else waits on Emails, with the reason it could not be placed: no code and no address that names one person, an address two patients share, or a message whose sender checks did not pass.
Find the patient by name and press Place, and the message and its attachments go onto that record. Discard is for anything that should not be filed at all; it leaves the queue and the message goes with it. You see a waiting message only when the person who sent it belongs to your own organisation, so one practice never reads another's post; a message from a sender Fedelsoft does not know goes to IT Support, who are the only people who can place it.
An email already on a record is corrected from the patient's own page, under Email.
