Progress, people involved and themes on a complaint
The small + beside a complaint's progress, or the Add people involved and Add Theme boxes, on the record's own form.
The complaint's progress notes, newest first: each with its date, who wrote it, the comments and a Resolved tick. The complaint is named at the top with its date, the patient (whose name opens their record) and the organisation. New note starts a note dated today with you as its author, and the date, the tick and the comments are written as you type: Saving, then Saved, beside the card.
Notes are added on complaints only. Opened on an excellence report or an adverse event, the page lists whatever progress is already recorded and offers nothing to add.
Above the progress, People involved and Themes list who was involved and what the record is about, on every kind of record. To add a person, start typing their name in Add a person by name and press them: the people offered are those the record's author and organisation reach, as before. To add a theme, start typing in Add a theme and press it; if nothing on the list fits, New theme adds what you typed to the list and to the record. Remove beside a name or a theme takes it off this record only.
