An item or procedure

Settings, Lists (Reference data): the Items tab, then Find an item by name or procedure code, and the item's name. A new item opens on it as soon as it is made, and the name of a procedure on the Guide prices card in Settings or on Your procedures opens it for holders of Reference data.

Guide price is the hospital's row and each practitioner's own, From or a Range: what the automatic reply tells an applicant, roughly, never a fee. Figures read as 15,000 and are typed with or without commas or a pound sign. They are the same figures as the Guide prices card in Settings and Your procedures, so one set in any of the three shows in the others. A practitioner's row emptied goes back to the hospital's figure. The hospital's row can be changed here only where the item is already on the organisation's form.
