Reports

Reports, under Growth in the menu on Start.

Reports counts new consultations (Consultations), new enquiries (Enquiries) and non-surgical revenue over the period you choose, for the organisations you hold a Director or management role at. Choose From and To and press Show; it opens on last month. If you work at more than one organisation, Organisation chooses one or all of them, and a row for each is shown with a total that counts nothing twice. A period can run to a year, and never past today.

New consultations are patients whose first appointment at the organisation's clinics falls in the period, counted on the clinic day. The appointment must not have been missed or cancelled, and must be marked Arrived, Consulting or Departed. An appointment nobody marked is no evidence that the patient came, so those are counted apart under No outcome and are never in the Consultations figure. A clinic counts under every organisation that runs it and under the organisation it is held at, so a clinic one organisation runs at another counts for both, and the organisation holding it counts every clinic held there, its guests' included. In the All line each appointment is counted once, so the organisation rows can add up to more than the total. A clinic with no organisation recorded is left out and said so on the page.

New enquiries are new patient records created in the period, with the source each was recorded with, and the table says how many came from each source. They are counted from a copy kept each night, so today's enquiries appear tomorrow and the copy goes back twelve months at most; the page says when part of the period is missing.

Non-surgical revenue is the payable total of each invoice line, before VAT and after discounts, on issued invoices dated in the period. Drafts, invoices in the recycle bin, written-off, Not for payment and voided invoices are left out, and disbursements are not invoice lines so are not in it. It is what was invoiced, not what was paid, and it is counted under the organisation the invoice belongs to. A line counts as non-surgical where its item is a Non-Surgical Rx or a Product, and each treatment or product is listed with its own total, so skincare and Skinade appear by name. Everything invoiced under other kinds of item, surgery among them, is shown in one line beneath the table and in the Other invoiced column of the summary, and is not counted in the revenue.

By staff member shows each person's consultations, those with no outcome and their revenue. Revenue is credited to the practitioner linked to the invoice; an invoice with none, or with more than one, sits under a heading that says so. Consultations are credited to the practitioner of the clinic.

Each table has its own download, as a spreadsheet of exactly the rows on the screen for the period and organisation shown.
