Post-clinic

Start, Patients, Post-clinic.

Post-clinic lists, for each clinic on the day shown, every patient who was seen, with the state of their letter, their quote and their photographs. Earlier and Later move a day at a time, and the date box goes to any day. A patient who was cancelled, did not attend or was only a blocked slot is not listed.

The letter reads Not approved, Approved, or sent to the patient once it has been emailed, and a letter to a GP also says whether it has been printed or sent for the GP. The quote reads New until it has been sent, then Sent, and Accepted or Declined once the patient has answered. Photos says how many are filed. Each of these is a link that opens the letter, the quote or the photographs in a new tab. A letter that is not approved has Approve beside it, which ticks it there and then for the letter's signatory or someone it is delegated to; anyone else is told it is not theirs to approve.

A patient with no letter, or with no photographs, is marked in red on the left of the row and in the tally above it, so they cannot be missed.

Seen is your own tick. It records what the row showed when you pressed it, so a row that has changed since, a letter approved or a photograph added, comes back marked Changed, and one you have not looked at yet is marked New. Other people's ticks are theirs and do not change what you see.

You see the clinics at every organisation where you work, and only the patients you are able to open.
