Building clinics

Build clinics on the Schedule window on Start, for those who build clinics; or New on its date bar, then Clinic or clinics.

Choose the practitioner, the room, the first and last date and how often (every so many days, weeks or months), the start and end, the appointment length and the break. The page shows every date and every time it will make before you press Build, and then makes them one clinic at a time, telling you as each is done. A single clinic is a run of one.

A clinic belongs to one organisation from the moment it is made. Where you sign in at more than one organisation and may build clinics at more than one of them, the form starts with Belongs to, set to the organisation you came from. Choose another and the form reloads for that organisation, with its rooms and its staff, and the clinics are built there, exactly as if you had switched to it. Only the organisations where you may build are offered; if you may build at just one, there is no choice to make and the page is as it always was.
