The patient's log
On a patient's record, the Log tile under Contact, or Record in Timeline.
A contact has the same log, under Log on their record: the entries that are already there, and a box to add one. An entry can carry a file, chosen beside the box before you add it, and the file is kept in Fedelsoft's own storage and opens from the entry, and a file attached by mistake can be removed from the entry, which keeps what was written and takes only the file.
The log shows what has happened to this patient, newest first, with who did it and when. Everything Fedelsoft does writes here by itself: letters, bookings, portal messages, changes to the record.
It is there in both views of the record. In Tiles, press the Log tile under Contact: the entries are listed with the box to write a new one at the top. In Timeline the entries are the stream itself, and Record beside the filters opens the same box.
Record a conversation or an update types straight into the same log, so what a patient was told sits in order beside everything else rather than in a separate place. What you type is kept in your browser until you press Record it, so a reload does not lose it. An entry cannot be changed once it is recorded, which is what makes it a log.
