1 Help: this guide, opened at the page you were on.2 Feedback: something you need, something wrong, something you cannot find.

The question mark opens this guide, at the section for the page you are on. The search box at the top of the guide finds the right heading when you do not know which to open: type a word or a whole question and only the headings that mention it stay on screen, opened, with your words marked; a long topic shows just the paragraphs that match best, and More beneath brings back the rest. Escape empties the box and puts the guide back as it was. The speech bubble opens Feedback: something you need, something that is wrong, or something you cannot find. Both open in a panel over the page you are on rather than in a new tab. Close, or the Escape key, puts the panel away and leaves you exactly where you were, with anything you had typed on the page still there. Feedback you have started and not posted is still in the panel if you open it again from the same page. A link inside the panel to somewhere else in Fedelsoft opens in the whole window.

Feedback is answered in Fedelsoft, not by email. All of it, with every reply, is under Your feedback in the menu under your initials at the top right.

Under each reply is Did this solve it?, with Yes, No and Reply. Yes says it is sorted. No opens a box: say what is still wrong, what the reply missed, or why you disagree, and press Send. Your item goes back to be looked at again with your words on it, and the next reply asks the question again. Reply opens the same box for something you want to say when the matter is sorted: it is kept with the reply it answers and the item stays closed. Each reply and your answer to it stay on the item, in order.

Attach adds files to what you write: screenshots, PDFs or a screen recording, several at once. Press it before Post and they go with the item; press it under one of yours later to add more. A reply can carry files too. Each file is listed under what it came with, by name and kind, and opens in the browser when you press it. Only you and the people answering your feedback can open them, and a file you attached by mistake comes off with Remove.

What you write is sent with where you were: the page and the record on it, the size of your screen and which browser you are using, so a problem can be found without asking you to describe it. Nothing you have typed into the page goes with it.
