The waiting list
Waiting list, under Theatre in the menu on Start.
Add a patient to the waiting list, at the top of the page, finds a patient by name, number, date of birth, phone or email and puts them on the list with Add. It starts a blank booking form with no date, the same one that Add makes on the patient's Surgery tile, with the same refusals, and it appears in the list at once.
Every surgery that has been booked and not yet put on an operating list, so nobody is lost between the decision and the date.
When a patient has more than one card with no date the page says so, which usually means the booking form arrived twice. Tick More than one card to see those patients together and check which card carries the invoice before anything is booked.
Where you sign in at more than one organisation, the organisation tab is called Your organisations and lists the waiting list of every one of them together, each patient marked with their organisation, with a tick for each organisation to hide its patients. A patient or operation opens just as it would had you switched to that organisation. Book onto a list opens the operating lists of every organisation you sign in at, and Add here works on any of them. If one organisation's waiting list cannot be read, the page says which.
