Ready for surgery
Ready for surgery, under Theatre in the menu on Start, or Ready at the top of Operating lists.
Ready for surgery lists the patients booked for an operation whom the nightly readiness check finds ready: two consultations with the surgeon, a quote accepted, the information and consent their pathway names, and photographs filed. Each row has the operation date, what it is, whether the patient has paid, and any earlier dates already offered to them. It holds the patients of every organisation you change operating lists at.
Paid is read from the surgery payments check, which looks only a few weeks ahead, so an operation further off says Not read rather than Paid.
When somebody cancels, type the date that has come up. Offer appears beside every patient whose own date is later; pressing it, after it asks, emails that patient the date and asks them to reply or call. Nothing is moved by it: the operation changes only when they say yes and a person moves it. The same date is not offered to the same operation twice, and each offer is on the patient's log.
