Who is on site, for a fire alarm
Who is on site, under People in the menu on Start.
Who is on site lists everybody signed in at your organisation's reception who has not signed out: staff and visitors in one column, a visitor marked as one with who they came with, patients in the other, each numbered, with how many there are and the time the list was read. Somebody who signed in last night and is still in the building, on a night shift say, is on it too. It is on the menu for everybody at an organisation that signs people in at reception.
Each organisation has its own register: a sign-in belongs to the organisation whose reception took it. Where your organisation shares a building with others, and its settings say so, the list shows each of their registers as well, under its own name, with a total for the whole building. Anybody whose sign-in does not say which reception took it is listed under Reception not recorded, so that nobody is left off.
Print gives a sheet with a box beside each name, to tick off at the assembly point. Refresh reads the list again without leaving the page. Nobody can be signed out from here; that is done on Timesheets.
Somebody still marked as signed in past the time they would have been signed out automatically is counted underneath and not listed.
