The list of leads
Leads, under Growth in the menu on Start, for whoever answers enquiries.
Leads lists everybody who has asked about a treatment, however they asked: the enquiry form, an application, an email, an Instagram message. Each line gives the name, the procedure, the surgeon, where they heard of the practice, when the enquiry arrived, its stage and what happens next. Press a name to open that person's page.
Open is what needs somebody now: everything still live except the leads resting until their Next, which are under Waiting and come back to Open by themselves. Due is everything waiting on a person, Awaiting us is the leads that have written and are waiting for an answer, Message sequence is the leads the automatic messages are carrying on with, Paused is the leads hidden until a day somebody chose, and the rest are booked or closed. A lead that was passed to another surgeon, joined into another lead or turned out to be an existing patient is under Closed. The search box finds a name, an email address or part of a mobile number.
The Next column always says three things: what happens next, when, and who does it, whether a named person, the coordinators or the automatic messages. A lead that has been answered is never shown as overdue from a deadline the answer already met. A time held for the person, a reply to read and an invitation to complete each say so in their own words and come before a chosen day.
Where you sign in at more than one organisation, the list shows the enquiries of every one of them at which you answer enquiries, each marked with its organisation, with ticks above the list to hide an organisation's.
