Sending a form and getting the drawing back

Send to my reMarkable or Email to my device on an appointment, an admission or an operation; Write on tablet beside a patient in the search on Start.

Choose what the drawing is for and which template. Every page of the form carries a strip above it, so the form itself is never covered. The top line is the patient, their date of birth and record number, and the organisation; under it, the record the form is for and its number, the form's name, and the short code that files it when it comes back.

When the drawing is filed, a second line is added saying who filed it and when. A drawing that reaches Fedelsoft any other way, written on in another app or emailed in on its own, is given the whole heading as it is filed, so anything on a record says whose it is even if the page is on its own.

A drawing comes back to whatever it was sent for and appears in that record's Sketches section, with a small picture of its first page. Anything Fedelsoft cannot place waits for you on the Sketches page, where you file it by finding the patient and choosing the appointment. A sketch filed in the wrong place can be unfiled; Discard removes one from view, and a Director can restore it.
